Hi I have uploaded to is07 on both ipad and iPhone 4 I have downloaded an app on the ipad and come to download onto iPhone 4. It has a cloud sign next to it which when I press creates a circle going round however nothing else happens

The spinning circle indicates that it's downloading.
If it never stops spinning, you might consider resetting your network settings.
