itunes crashes when trying open apps

Each time I attempt to access the Apps tab of my iphone in iTunes, it freezes and closes. I was trying to make new ringtones but I can't even access my apps. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.2
