my ipod doesnt want to be restored

There are many causes of this error so we can try all of them until we get your problem fixed.

First back up your ipod using Itunes.

Now try updating Itunes, if it doesn't update and gives you and error.. Then uninstall Itunes and then reinstall Itunes.

Try that and if doesn't fix your problem then post back here letting me know, then we can try other solutions.
