Q: My caller ID used to work great but now that I upgraded to IOS7, every call comes as unknown caller. Why is that?

What can I do to make sure that my contacts and/or phone numbers show properly when I receive a call?

Hi rennsrenns,

If Caller ID is not working for any calls after updating to iOS7, you may want to double check to make sure that it has not been turned off by accident. You may find the following article helpful:
