Start Up Memory Full

I am getting "start up memory full" and have 8 gigs of memory. I don't know how to figure out what is sucking up my memory. I use Adobe products for my pictures rather than iPhoto (too many issues with iPhoto) but iPhoto library, adobe files and caches, iTunes library all are on my external hard drive. I use MacKeeper to clean up stuff. Apps are the only stuff except downloads and graphic saves on my laptop. I use DropBox and SkyDrive for some of my stuff I need to access on my iPad.

How do I find memory and storage suckers.

Thanks in Advance

Also, Uninstall MacKeeper ASAP. It will cause nothing but frustration and possibly harm to your system.

Couldn't agree more... > Beware MacKeeper

In General 3rd Party AV Software is Not Required as Mac OS X tends to look after itself.
