Exchange 2010 Problems with Mac Mail

I'm having a nightmare with Mail ever since the new update. I have 4 exchange accounts (2010) and 2 IMAP accounts within Mail. Since the update Mail is constantly losing files, or entire exchange accounts, then having to reload again. When they do relaod I have folders missing and/or it will not show any sent mail from that or other exchange accounts. It's a right mess.

Does anyone know how to overcome this or shall I just purchase Outlook for Mac and be done with it?
