I got an iPad mini last month and was getting my mail just fine until a couple of days ago. Now it's telling me that the connection to the server has failed and cannot get my mail. How can I fix this?

I got an iPad mini last month and was getting my mail just fine until a couple of days ago. Now it's telling me that the connection to the server failed. I am NOT a computer geek -- just a grandmother trying to stay in touch -- so I'm totally lost. What can I do to get my email again?

Try going into your settings, mail, contacts and calendar and delete your mail address. Then go back in and re-add it. See if that overcomes the glitches.
