Recently my computer died like normal. I charged it, booted it and noticed it was stuck at the Apple logo screen frozen. So I tried putting it into safe mode, and now everytime I boot or restart my computer it goes straight into OS X Utilities. I tried partioning it and did disk maintence and both said everything was fine. How do I get to my login screen and no I do not have my information back up anywhere.

I assume you mean the Recovery HD? If so, select the option in the menu to set the Startup Disk. Be sure you set it to your normal startup volume, then click Restart.
I don't know exactly, it boots up. The computer loads froma grey screen, flashes to a golden screen then goes to the OS X Utlities page. But I just went to startup disk and there's nothing there it's either taking forever to load or..
What OS X Utilities page are you referring to? Is the Finder opening a window in the Utilities folder? Or is this from the Recovery HD? I can't guess what it is you see.
I just googled images of Recovery HD and that it the one I am currently seeing on startup.
Either under the Apple menu or the File menu should be a selection for setting the Startup Disk. Try setting yours to your normal startup volume, then restart the computer.
You said I tried partioning it -- did you erase the partiton with OS X?
There is no option to choose a startup disk. It says scanning for disks and it is just blank.
My fault I meant I went to the First Aid tab, verified and repaired the disk and it said they were both fine.
Did you verify and repair both the disk and Macintosh HD partition (highlight in left pane). (I think that's what you said)
I did it for the HDD hard drive and I can only verify the Max OS X Base System I cannot repair it, just verify. But it shows I'm green it's fine.
