My Smart Playlist & a random iCloud icon

My Smart Playlist of my top 25 songs on my iPhone 4S says that there is 1 song to be downloaded from the cloud and it shows the iCloud icon. I've tried downloading it on the phone but nothing happens. There is nothing anywhere in my iTunes that says it is from the Cloud or in my Cloud account for any media type. I've tried deleting the Smart Playlist and making it again. Whether I have "show Cloud content" checked or not checked doesn't make a difference.

It's making me crazy not knowing what this is or how to fix it/make it go away. Anybody got any ideas? Please help.
