The first time it happened my backup put them back on there but for some reason this time it didnt and lately my phone has been saying that it cant back itself up so am i screwed? I dont know what to do here and why does this keep happening. Im not sure if this is a previously used phone or not. I had made an insurance claim and so Im not sure when they send you the new one if its someones old phone or if its brand new. I have never had any problems like this with my old Iphones just this one and I do not understand what Im doing that this keeps happening. Any help on how to keep this from happening again or if there is a way I can restore them possiibly from an old back up or something would be much appreciated! Thanks Ashley
