What is the ideal set up for 2 HDMI monitors plus a DVI?

I am trying to run three monitors with a freshly updated HD 5770 on my 2009 Mac Pro, but I cannot get more than two to work simultaneously.

I currently have:

ATI DVI -> DVI Monitor (27")

ATI MiniDisplay Port -> HDMI Adapter -> HDMI Monitor (23")

ATI MiniDisplay Port -> HDMI TV (42"). No adaptor, just a MiniDisplay to HDMI cable.

From the article, I interpreted that this configuration would work, but it does not seem to be the case.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

According to the link that kaz-k cites, your configuration should work.

Are you using active mini display port adapters? When doing three displays both mini display adapters must be of the active type. Apple's active adapters are expensive; take a look at something like this:

Accell (B086B-008B-2) UltraAV Mini DisplayPort 1.1 to HDMI 1.4 Active Adapter - AMD Eyefinity Certified

the link is for Amazon, but they're available a lot of places.
