Email stopped pushing updates to inbox automatically

I had to reset my device settings last week (call from Apple to try and fix a random re-start issue), since then, despite all email accounts being set to Push and 'Fetch', I only get my email updates if I go into the app. It won't download as it comes in, which it used to do.

I'm sure I had all the settings in the right place, but I may have missde something.

Any ideas?
