Q: I recently purchased an iPhone 5s. Siri has not worked more than it have. It keep saying something of the nature of, "Something is wrong and I'm unable to take request rite now, Please try again in a little while". Why does this keep occuring?

My Siri has giving me more errors than I care for. It seems like 7/12 times I have used Siri she gave the error message of.."Something is wrong and I can't take request rite now, try again in a little while". I'm not going to pretend that I don't expects some issues but, C'mon Apple set such a high standard for themselves and prices....Yea I'm whinny a bit. I haven't had this phone for 2 weeks yet! I don't have a buch of rediculous apps on my phone and I close my apps completely when I'm not using them. Rebooting after every error is not going to fly with me and a brand new device! Thanks in advance.

I would try this now. Reset all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset all Settings. I have to warn you that you will have to start all over again with the settings on your phone because resetting all settings returns them to the factory defaults.

You will not lose any data or any media whatsoever.

BTW ... you are in the iPad forum.

You posted in the iPad forum instead of the iPhone forum. To get answers to your question, next time post in the proper forum. See https://discussions.apple.com/index.jspa  I'll request that Apple relocate your post.

Make sure your'e connected to either wifi or cellular data when those message come up, it could just be you don't have an internet connection. Make sure to try what Demo(even if his avatar is my most dispised enemy) suggested too that should help you out if it isn't an internet issue.
