Q: Ever since I activated my ipad, my iPhone does not ring.

I set up my new iPad4 yesterday.  After I set it up, my iPhone 5 stopped receiving phone calls.  Everyone tells me they try to call me and my phone goes straight to voice mail.  I have checked the settings on my phone and turned it off for 5 minutes and turned it back on.  It still does not receive calls.  Could this be related to the activation and set up of my iPad?

iPad4, iOS 7.0.2, iPhone5
