iCloud email is standard IMAP; you should be able to set it up in Outlook using the settings given here -

Note the requirement for SSL.
getting error 5.7.0 No AUTH comman has been given
The login is the one you use for iCloud, not the email address if it's different. If the login ID is in fact the same as your iCloud address try it with just the part before the @.
I am able to receive email on this account as I just tested it but not able to send. Does this have something to do with I am at office and using our network and not on my home COX account?
It should work from any connection, but it's possible that your office network is blocking it. As you can receive the login is correct. If you're able to try it at home that would be the next diagnostic step.
I just unpluged from the network and tried my Verizon Wireless MIFI and still not able to send but can receive.
ok... I went to more options and put in my information on outgoing and all is working now. Thank you for all of you help. All is good!
smtp.mail.me.com should work but someone reported he was able to get it to work using p99-smtp.mail.me.com - I've no idea whether it might work for you. The 'p' numbers are added to the server addresses by Apple and seem to be on a geographical basis (so that you don't get the whole world using the same server). Normally you shouldn't have to add them yourself, and this well may not be the right number anyway, but you could give it a try. No promises.
