Q: I have purchased a seasons pass for Revenge the tv show, why is it asking me to pay for the next episodes?

Not sure why when I've purchased a season pass, it's asking me to pay for future episodes? I have an iTunes receipt with confirmation if purchase? Who can I contact to get this fixed?
