This is on your iMac, right? Download and install the free Temperature Monitor applilcation. Make a screenshot of the temperatures it's reporting and include in your next post. The screenshot will look like this:
I have a late 2011 27" iMac and those are the temps I'm seeing.

Those temperatujres look in line to me.
But when I touch the back side of iMac I feel very hot
There are days when my temperature on the back gets very hot to the touch but then the ambient temperature in the room is around 80º F. Today the ambient temperature is 21ºC so it's quite cool to the touch.
Is there an Apple store near you that you can get help with this? I'll see if any other knowledgeable users about temperatures can drop by.
I agree with OT, those temps are absolutely fine. Right now, the back of my Mac doesn't feel hot, and these are the temps I'm getting. They aren't all that different from yours. Are you sure you got those temperature readings when the back felt hot? I sometimes run a fan at the back, but I'm not even doing that now.
Note: the ambient temp is reading is off. It is warmer in here than that, but it isn't hot either.
