I'm running iOS 7.0.2 on an iPhone 5. I'd like to update the MLB app but apparently need to agree to the latest iTunes Terms and Conditions before I can update. The new terms are 54 pages long. The send-as-email button doesn't work, and at the end of the 54 pages, there's no OK button. What to do?

Thank you for providing the details of the issue you are experiencing with accepting Terms & Conditions on your iPhone 5.
First, I recommend restarting your phone and then resetting if it's still not working:
Restarting your device
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Note: Reset your device only if you are unable to restart it.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

If you can access your home screen, I also recommend verifying that cookies are not blocked and private browsing is turned off in Settings>Safari:
