When I tried to sync some photos in different folders to my Ipad2 I was restricted to syncing one folder at a time and even then when one syncs another it erases the first one. Also why is the "select folder" greyed out?

Any solution to this thus far? I am still having this issue. Cannot sync photos into my iPhone 5s.
With the new ITunes 11, under syncing photos, the "select folders" is greyed out. Why?
