Disc burner or software not found.

Not sure what to do. I all of a sudden can't burn cds since i downloaded the latest version of itunes.

It sounds like you are unable to burn a disc in iTunes for Windows.

I want to recommend the troubleshooting from this article named:

Here is an overview of the troubleshooting to be done

If after following the instructions in this document you still can't read or burn discs, try the following:

Try other software

Use good blank discs

Check for software updates

Check for firmware updates

Check hardware configuration

Check drive audio cable

Remove iPod and test
