Q: how i can made apple id without any card number or anything like that for free app?

how i can setup my apple id for use to app store without any card like visa or anything??ther is no none payment method

Create a new Apple ID following the steps here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534. Follow them exactly, making sure you start by downloading and installing any free app as mentioned in step 3.

You have to create a new Apple ID in order to get the "None" option, by following the linked article.
