Q: how to open disabled ipad after installing update

help me to open or wipe clean my ipad which was disabled after system update in which the computer says i entered 4 digit pin of which i did not enter

i tried itunes but it cant connect due to it being disabled. is there a phone number i can call.

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.1
