Jul 30, 2014 11:14 PM in response to hkiefer2010by jbell2468,I went into the printer tech support & they worked through my issue successfully so this may be relevant - try your own printer tech support
On the printer, press the Ink Management button ( - for Touch Screen Models - the button on the touch screen that has all the colours), then press Test Print, press Print Quality, press Mono Start.
Follow the instructions on the printout and on the display of the printer. You may need to clean several times before you notice any improvement.
