I setup an Apple ID account on computer but im not allowed to access account on iPhone. It keeps telling me this Apple ID has not been used in the iTunes Store. I was wondering what could be causing this issue? If anyone else has experienced this issue, how did you resolve it?

Did you sign into iTunes on your computer with the Apple ID and authorize the computer?
