How can I permanently clear voice mail in ios7.

Question

I have tried it many times in different ways to permanently delete voice mails and they keep coming back??? Seriously??? Help! Thanks!

This did not help because the article you sent did not address my issue at all.

I can't permanently delete voice mails on my 5S.
