Finder Crashes and Relaunches Every Few Minutes

As the title states, every few minutes, or sometimes less than a minute, Finder crashes and relaunches.

Here is the info from Console, but I don't know what it means.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Go to your Finder "Go" menu hold the option key and choose Library. Then go to Preferences folder and trash these files:

com.apple.finder.plist

com.apple.sidebarlists.plist

Then, restart, or log out and in again.

(You will have to reset a few finder prefs the way you like them.)

If you can't do that because of Finder problems try starting in Safe Mode and doing the same.

If neither of these options works then boot up holding command-r keys into your Recovery Volumeand re-install OS X

That kind of crash is often caused by "Google Drive." If it's installed, I suggest you remove it according to the developer's instructions. You may need to boot in safe mode to do so. Back up all data before making any changes.

If you use Google Drive and don't want to remove it, then try deselecting the option in its preferences to show a status icon. According to a report I've seen, that may be enough to stop the Finder from crashing. I can't confirm.
