help setting up iphone 5 voicemail. i have no greeting tab

Q: when i try to set up my voicemail it calls voicemail, theres no greeting button
I have this problem too but on iphone 4 voicemail: it just calls voicemail and there is no greeting button. Please help! Thanks.
