Hard Drive CRASHED! how to back up on a NEW Computer?

I dropped my laptop today and the hard drive is busted amd the comouter will not boot up, so no backup.

How do I backup my iphone 5 on a new laptop without losing my data, music, etc?

Just make sure you don't click restore and that you've got your iTunes set up so that it doesn't sync devices automatically. It should keep your information on it. You may want to create an iCloud backup just in case.
