Q: Has anyone esle found this no longer works after updating to 10.8.5?

The Policy Banner no longer seems to show up in 10.8.5, and I am wondering if the update is related to this.

Has anyone else experienced the same thing?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)
