Q: Storage upgrade help

I purchased an icloud storage upgrade, but it has not been applied to my iphone.  How do I correct this?

iPhone 5, iOS 6

You sure that your purchase was actually made?  Be sure to check your statement online and see if you were actually billed for the storage.  Right now I am unable to buy the upgraded storage.  I run through the whole process and it just fails without a clear message.
