On the new Itunes version there is no add folder to library. What happened to it?

I have been building a system just for music so I installed the neww version of Itunes, and when I tried to create a new library the only add I can find is "add file" when what I want to do is add a complete folder full what has happened to the "add folder" option? If I'm looking in the wrong place please tell me.
