My mother recently upgraded to a new iPad, and restored her downloads with no issues. However, one of the games she purchased (Pearl's Peril) has wiped all of her progress... which wouldn't be so bad, but she has spent a fair bit of money on in-game purchases. We've tried contacting the game developers (wooga), but cannot get a reply from them. There doesn't appear to be any way to restore your progress within the game. Any ideas?
