I purchase music on my ipad I need to download it onto my laptop in order to sync onto my iPod, when I try to do this it's says my ipad needs to be the 11.1 version,I don,t understand this because it is nearly. What can I do?
When I try to get in touch with apple support they ask for serial number when I enter it it says it does not recognize it. My ipad is the latest model only 6months old
