How to purchase app

Yesterday I make it new id and then fill it gift card code at Redeem. This is successful but now today I'm not buy from App Store.What is that

What happens when you try to buy an app e.g. do you get any error messages ?

This message show (Your purchase could not be complete For assistance contact iTunes Support at ww.apple.com/support/iTunes/ww/) show error message.How to make these problem.

You can contact Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
