Having updated my softwere to 11.1 on completion it required my post code for security, which was entered,and all was wall until I tried to reopen my ipad,it will now not accept my post code and has gone into disable mode ( I have tried severial times )  I now need to reset to factory setting, but there does not appear to be a facility to do this on apple support.Please can you help
