Q: iPhone 4 7.0.2 3G icon not showing ?

Hi ,I have a iPhone 4 Prepaid with Optus,currently running iso 7.0.2 .The 3G icon on the top of the screen wont show up , i enable MOBILE DATA ,3G , and DATA ROAMING but 3G wont show . When i enable 3G i see a change in the Network bars . Please help me .
