Q: I've lost the icon on my home screen to go in to my App Store so can't download any new apps. How can I find it?

I've lost the icon for my App Store. It no longer appears on my home screen so I am unable to download any apps. How can I find it?

iPad, iOS 7.0.2

    Check your restrictions:

     

    Settings>General>Restrictions (enter your restrictions passcode). Make sure the setting for "Installing Apps" is ON

    If you don't have or know the restrictions passcode, contact the person who set up restrictions in the first place.
