Slow Phone Application IPhone 4S after update to IOS7

After updating to iOS 7 my iPhone 4S phone application is very slow. It is like a delay after I choose to call someone and sometimes in calls people by itself. When I touch other buttons. Has anyone found a fix for this yet?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3

Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

Also check on the right "More Like This".
