You could try permission repair.
You could also try PRAM reset
If those two don't work go to Apps>Utilites>Activity Monitor and look at your processes. At the top click where it says my processes and change it to All Processes. Look and see if there is anything that is eating up an abnormal amount of memory.

I tried both of ways you suggested, even i did factory reset my macbook pro, but still it's too slow.
I guess it has a hardware problem.
Please help me!
