Oct 16, 2013 8:57 AM in response to liudmylaby SergZak,You can't. iOS 6 is no longer considered valid for your device. If you update, you must update to the most current version that your device qualifies for. That is currently iOS 7.x.x.
Your only other choice is to keep your device at it's current iOS version. If you need to restore the device as new and *keep it's current iOS version*, you must reset the device on the device itself under Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Contacts and Settings.
If you restore through iTunes, the device will be updated to what is considered current for your particular device. That is currently iOS 7.x.x
