Mac won't connect to Cannon iR-ADV 2020/2030

My mac won't connect to my Canon iR-ADV C2020/2030 printer. It has an error reporting that it cannot connect to it through the network and I am not able to print off it.

Mac mini, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

The default printer configuration of the ADVANCE C20xx series requires the UFR2 driver for OS X. Here is a link to the latest UFR2 v10.2.0 driver. With this driver installed you add the printer using the IP > LPD protocol, enter the IP address, leave the queue name blank and in the Use menu, select "Canon iR-ADV C2020/2030".

If this fails to print, enter the IP address of the C2020 into a web browser and make sure it connects to the internal web page of the copier.
