It is ridiculous how many times I have had to uninstall and reinstall iTunes and all of the related programs just to get Bonjour and/or iTunes to work. What is the source of the disabling Bonjour issue?

Yes. Bonjour service is not working. There are times when I do not receive a message and iTunes will not open.
My firewall settings are fine. iTunes works for a few days and then suddenly stops working.
