I am trying to backup my itunes library to Box cloud storage

Hello,

I have been trying to back up my itunes library to Box cloud storage but for some reaon the storage wont recognize the file

extensions. What are the extensions used for itunes music? Also, many of my library are copies of my cd collection. I cannot understand why these wont back up either.

Do u have any idea what I can do about this? Box says it takes music files for back up, I just dont understand. When I try to play back the songs for review on Box it says file not supported!

Please Help! I am desperate!

PS I am also having another problem with itunes. It stopped accepting my cd's to place in my itunes library. All it does after I am asked if I'd like to add the cd to my library is eject my cd! Can u help me on this issue as well?
