I can no longer view WebEx presentations via the link sent in an email.  The "Event in Progress" page opens, but the presentation does not start. I've been told that the presentations require Java.  My Java version 7 update 45 is the latest. Any solutions?

    I had to talk with the support staff at WebEx to resolve the issue.  It seems that something in OS X 10.8 was not compatible with the WebEx version that I had--even with their updates.  We had to use the WebEx uninstaller and then re-install WebEx.  Everything is working perectly now.
