Music not syncing properly to iphone 5

Ever since I updated my iphone 5 to ios7, my music hasn't been right.
Some of the songs have been renamed to a different song on my phone and some of the songs just skip completely and refuse to play
I've tried to de-sync my music and re-sync it but it hasn't changed anything, I'm unsure if it's the song or my phone/itunes
Any suggestions?
