Aggregate Device using 2 M-Audio FastTrack Pros

Hello,

This is probably really easy, but I must not be understanding something.

I have two M-Audio FastTrack Pro USB interfaces & would like to utilize all four inputs (each one has two inputs). When I try to set them up as an aggregate device in Audio MIDI Setup, I'm only allowed two inputs, even though both devices are recognized by the computer. I see both FastTrack Pros on the left-side listing, but only see one on the right-side Aggregate Device listing. My understanding is that I should see both devices on the right & I should be able to click each one, thus combining their inputs to four.

Is it that because they are the exact same model, that it is only listing one? If so, is there a way that I can utilize their combined inputs?

I think you are going to find that the Fast Track Pro drivers do not support aggregating....

There have been many owners posting up similar issues over the years... and none have ever found a solution it seems.. This issue has been reported by PT, DP and Cubase users so its not just a Logic Pro issue... It is a driver issue unfortunately and one M-Audio have never fixed and apparently have no intention of doing so as it has been a known issue since 2009

Just google Fast Track Pro Aggregate Issue... to see what i mean....
