Restrictions Password

I have New Apple iPhone 5. I HAVE NEVER SET RESTRICTIONS PASSWORD. I have upgradede it to OS 7.0.2 .NOW IT IS ASKING FOR password. Already 9 failures have occured. Any help from any one. V K Mahajan
