I downloaded whatsapp messagner in this iPad. But I can't open. May I know how to use whatsapp in this iPad.?

As stated on the developers web site, WhatsApp is not compatible with the iPad.
I had downloaded whatsapp messages in this iPad. I could not open in this IPad. Can u help me how to use?
