Problems Sending EM after IOS update - a solution !,

Like many others I was still able to receive EM's after the upgrade but unable to send from any EM account I had used previously.

I found a solution that worked for both my Tiscali/TalkTalk accounts.


The SMTP setting in the past stated showed that the entry of a user name and password was "optional" - so like I guess most people left them both "blank"

I completed both these fields (as you have to do for the incoming POP server) and 'voila' both accounts worked for sending EM's
