Am running Mac OS X 10.6.8; can't access Bonjour settings on HP Utility

When I go to HP Utility; Bonjour Settings; Access your device at URL; and I click on the link, it says"Safari can't find the server". Also can't print from my iphone. It goes in and out all the time.
